The site in question was spread over 6 floors and had a configuration of 68 apartments, study areas, kitchens and common spaces and was in need of complete modernisation.
The makeup of the property consisted of uneven floors and skewed walls which would make generating accurate plans via conventional surveying methods near impossible.
However the team at Stak was able to digitally survey the entire property both internally and externally and by utilising the point cloud data gathered, we produced highly accurate plans and model which highlights all fluctuations and deviations in all areas.
With constant dialogue between Stak and the lead architecture firm, the Revit model formed the foundation of future design and development for the site.
