Stak was appointed to survey and produce a comprehensive CAD design pack of this Grade II listed building that was built in 1875.
The CAD requirements included floor plans, sections and elevations of the property, however with the facades of the building being extremely architecturally detailed in its Gothic Revival style, it gave the Stak team the perfect opportunity to demonstrate their abilities when generating all external elevations. With a very complex internal layout, Stak was able to capture and accurately document all floor plates.
A Stak Digital Surveyor captured over 44,000 sqft, with over 130 million laser scan points. These Stak Verified measurements are guaranteed to be accurate to 99% of the true size.
